I had a new water line and drain line put in, they were prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them , and would not hesitate to hire them again.
I almost never write reviews, but I am simply blown away by this company. I had a leak in my basement and my water line needed to be repaired or replaced. I got three quotes. A1Pro was by far the least expensive of the three, but what impressed me was that the people doing the quote were the people doing the work. No salespeople involved- just a super knowledgeable individual that did a great job at laying out my options. What set A1PRO apart was not just the price, it was a commitment that if all possible, they would replace the water line without having to tear up concrete or disturb landscaping. The other people quoting the job at much higher prices were going to rip out concrete, tear out bushes and all kinds of other hassle. A1 came out the morning of the repair and, just as they thought, was able to replace the water line with a brand new one without cutting concrete or disturbing landscaping. They were a pleasure to work with and anyone in similar circumstances should check them out.

They did a great job replacing the leaking PVC water supply line in my from yard with a high quality copper line. Work was complete in just over half a day. The only digging in my yard was near the sidewalk, and with that hole, about 8' x 3' and 4' deep, they were able to pull the new copper line from the basement to the sidewalk, fully replacing the line from where it goes into my basement, going underneath a porch on the front of my house and all the way to the valve at the sidewalk. Reasonably priced as well, much cheaper than one of those "well known" plumbing companies. I would definitely use them again if a different utility line leaks on me. The city water inspector told me the new copper water line will certainly outlive me. Great job A1 Pro services!!
Our main water line had a massive leak!! I had to grind out grooves in my basement floor and drill down into the sump pipe to keep the water from flooding my entire basement. A1 meet all my expectations and more. Arrived on time. Already had the city inspectors scheduled. They were very polite and professional. I asked them to replace parts that I don't think were originally discussed and they had no issues with doing it. I would recommend this company!! Great experience. Guaranteed satisfaction... I have had so many bad experiences in the past with different companies but this experience was awesome and worry free... I am very happy.

Not only were they lower then their competitors, but they were professional, on time, communicated with us, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up everything to it was barely noticeable that they dug up the ground. This is a bit long but worth the read if you’ve ever dealt with any kind of home repair you will appreciate the extraordinary lengths this company went to take care of my problem. Following a report from my water company that my yard has a leak, the company owner worked with my schedule and showed up on a weekend to diagnose the problem and give me options. Within a few days they replaced my entire water line from the meter to the home leaving my yard almost untouched (they even planted grass seed after completing the install.) I was told they would arrive on that following Tuesday at 9am and the job would take approximately five hours to complete, they showed up promptly at 9am and were finished exactly at 2pm - exactly five hours. The two installers were extremely courteous and took great care to make sure they did not bring any mess inside the home. After the repair was complete (approximately 1-month later) I turned on my irrigation system to find multiple leaks in the yard. I reached back out to the owner who responded to me at 9:30pm on a Sunday night asking several questions. On Tuesday his crew arrived and found that I had multiple breaks in my sprinkler line throughout the yard due to frost and tree roots. This crew spent another day at my home, for no charge, fixing an entirely unrelated problem that they did not cause - keeping me informed along the way. I am not sure what else you could possibly ask for in a company. It’s almost impossible to find folks like this that take pride in their work and then go above and beyond the rectify a problem they did not need to address. I hope I never have another problem with my home. But when that day inevitably comes, and if it’s within the skill set of this crew, they are the first people I will be calling.
These guys were great. I had a fairly complex water line replacement. They came out a few times to make sure they had a solid plan and were very easy to work with, honest, professional and transparent and also had the best price.
I hired Ed and his sons to replace my leaking water service line that runs from the street into my basement with a new brass line. They do quality work at a reasonable price. They really know what they’re doing. Pros👍. I’d definitely hire them again. Even got a 20 year warranty.

I cannot say enough good things about A1 Pro Services. Quality work, clean, fast and did not have to tear up my yard or concrete as two other companies claimed HAD to happen. Price was 1/2 of one quote. I would use A1 Pro services again and again!
Very prompt and quality service. Hired for a main water line repair and they came out the same day for an estimate, and the next day repaired it + called the city inspector to approve the work. Reasonable price; 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Ed and everyone else with A1 Pro was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I submitted a request for a quote via Home Adviser and Ed followed up within 30 minutes, every call or text was answered promptly, work performed timely and competently. There needed to be repair to the external seal of the water service line, which was quoted and completed at a very reasonable price. While having the crew out here, they also removed scrubs, planters, and created a parking spot. Even when there were issues with some of the parking spot features (unrelated to them, byproduct of what work I was asking to be done), they rolled with it, came up with a good work around, and were flexible. I have more work that I will need in the future and know exactly who to call. Would recommend A1 Pro Services without hesitation and I was happy to work with a local, family owned company.
Ed's team were professional and thorough. I called to setup an appointment and A1 Pro was able to get to my house the same day and get the job completed! Very clean, with minimal impact to my yard and surrounding area. Ed and his boys get a full endorsement from me! The very competitive rate didn't hurt either!
Excellent work. Excellent customer service and knowledge base. Excellent pricing! What happened: I was cutting my grass and noticed some wetness in the grass near the sidewalk. The previous winter I also noticed that the sidewalk had cracked near the same area of wetness. I called the city to come out and inspect the line for a leak. The pressure test results showed that the leak was on my side of the line, meaning it was my responsibility to fix, and was given 14 calendar days to correct it - Big problem! Why I used A1: I called several (about 40) different contractors, pulled from the city's licensed vendor list, and got a range of estimates for several different fix/patch options. Given that this problem was unexpected, and therefore not budgeted for, price was a major consideration factor. However, because of the critical system importance of your home's water line, I also did not want to cut corners. I'm so glad I called A1 Pro Services! Not only was Ed friendly over the phone, but he was also timely, and explained several different options for my particular situation. Ed's price was also outstanding, and being a family-run business, I felt very comfortable trusting him with this job. Because the sidewalk was cracked, I also needed to have two slabs of sidewalk replaced. I went with a full line replacement, copper instead of plastic, given that my home was built in 1996 and the plastic line already failed, I wanted to go back to basics with copper. Originally, the plan was simply to dig a trench along the original line, however Ed's son's recently added a winch system, which allowed them to pull the new line underground while removing the old line at the same time. This of course saved a lot of landscape repair on my part - Awesome! Although I was upset that this situation occurred, I was extremely pleased with service Ed and his team provided, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excavation work.
FANTASTIC! Recently had our home’s main waterline crack as the season changed. A huge water puddle built up in our yard and had to call someone. A1 Pro was a recommendation by others and we do not regret it! Buckeye Heating/Cooling/Plumbing was going to completely rip up our whole yard for a simple repair, and charge us about 3 times what A1 quoted us. They were fair, professional, knowledgeable.
