Professional Excavating Services

A1 Pro Services first came to our property as a subcontractor to do the excavation and cement work for an addition to our home near circleville. In the several weeks of them working on our home, I was impressed all the way by their professional personality, and there are no nonsense approach to doing a great job at our home. When that responsibility was finished, we contracted with them directly for additional cement work all around our home. Their professionalism and knowledge to approach this job, though different from the last, was still impressive. One other contractor was somewhat less expensive, but Ed and his sons shown with knowledge and expertise that was well worth a few extra dollars. Today we have a finished job that looks fabulous, and as it was explained to me throughout, with a few extra steps they took along the way will make a huge difference in years to come. If you're celebrating a low price that a contractor has given you, just wait. Hopefully in 5 or 10 years you're still happy. I am fully confident that we will be.

Had a main water line leaking that needed fixed asap. Had multiple contractors come out to inspect and give quotes. Here's all I'm going to say... Don't even waste your time with anyone else- these guys right here are the best in the business, and family owned. Urgency, efficiency, communication, quality, cleanup, knowledge, price. Everything. Speaking as someone who's had some bad experiences with different contracting companies in the past, working with this company was pretty flawless. I submitted the form on A1 Pro Services website to request an estimate to replace my water line (I already had confirmation from the City of Columbus that it was leaking, the whole line needed to be replaced, and it was my responsibility). The owner Ed contacted me back a few minutes later, came to my house to inspect and give an estimate the same day. He sent the estimate and contract terms via email, it was the lowest quote and the best contract terms that I received from any company - new copper line with a 20 year warranty, they coordinate permits and inspection with the city, and they also promised not to disturb our landscaping and paved walkway. We scheduled a date and Ed told me they would arrive at 8:30am. The day came and they knocked on my door at EXACTLY 8:30am. They got the work done by early afternoon including city inspection. My front yard looks very un-disturbed and for the 2 holes they dug, they covered them back up nicely, laid grass seed and straw. There was a small area inside my basement where they worked and they left it very clean. Everyone was polite and professional. I'm very thankful and would recommend them to anyone.
